Danette Stephan has been a school teacher for many years in Campbell Union School District.

       She has been teaching yoga for many years (to children and adults) and is also the author of a kids yoga book and program called “Letter Sound Yoga”. Danette has been teaching yoga at FUZE since 2008.

           The kids yoga program she implement at FuzeFit is a fun, energetic and creative stretching and strengthening program that caters to children of all abilities.  It is beneficial to both their mental and physical health.  

       Danette also implements her Letter Sound Yoga program where the students learn a full 45 minute yoga practice that goes with the sounds of the alphabet.
